As part of KIDEA's event team, I was responsible for the end-to-end on-site execution of the Haier Horizon Collection Product Launch at the Queen's House in London. The event brought together 80+ senior guests including Haier leadership, key opinion leaders, and trade partners, requiring seamless coordination across every touchpoint.

What I Did
From Milan quality control to London launch day
- End-to-end on-site operations: Managed guest check-in, stage transitions, shuttle runs, and post-event gifting for 80+ attendees on launch day, ensuring a smooth and premium guest experience throughout.
- Milan quality audit: Travelled to Milan to conduct an on-site inspection of the Haier fridge display, resolving 10+ defects across print quality, LED calibration, and structural components to ensure the display arrived UK-ready.
- OOH media landscape analysis: Conducted a vendor assessment across 8 strategic London locations, evaluating a combined estimated reach of 1M+ impressions to support client media planning decisions for the Haier Horizon campaign.
- Midea Red Sea partnership proposals: Drafted customised partnership proposals for Red Bull's General Manager and 6 venue partners in El Gourna, outlining collaboration objectives, event mechanics, and partner responsibilities.
